Shipping policy

Our shipping charges are paid at the checkout and represent the cost of shipping only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Within the UK, delivery is usually between 3–5 working days. Delivery to other countries varies but is usually between 3–5 working days for Europe and North America.

Please note that we cannot despatch to PO Box numbers — we must have a full postal address.

OVERSEAS TAXES AND FEES

If you are buying from outside the UK, our products may have additional duties, tariffs, taxes and/or customs clearance charges applied when entering your country and you will be responsible for paying the fees to clear customs. This is usually a single charge per shipment. These are outside the control of Midicake Ltd. and are your responsibility should they arise.

All customers should be aware that they will be the "importer of record" and are fully and solely responsible for any additional costs imposed at the point of import into their country, should they arise. If payment of these additional costs is refused when requested by the courier company or their agents, the shipment is likely to be treated as abandoned and no refund will be provided.

Some countries require you to hold an import license in order to import goods — please check your local guidelines.
